Bcaa Branch Chained Amino Acids
Branch chained Amino Acids (or... BCAA) are 3 amino acids that when taken
isolated, can offer us many benefits in regards
to
muscle sparing while on a weight loss regime. BCAA can feed provide muscle with energy and they are anabolic in
the sense that they regulate muscle tissue synthesis. When taken before, during and after training, BCAA will
not only help keep the muscle anabolic (in a building phase) but will also help spare muscle tissue during
workout. If you were ever worried but losing muscle when doing cardio, BCAAs are you insurance policy.
The recommended dose is between 5-10 grams both straight before and
immediately after working out. It's best taken along with L-Glutamine
and no carbs/sugars (to keep Insulin at bay). Be warned, as a powder BCAA tastes
horrible, so always add a flavouring system or take them as
tablets.
