A 2nd option is to take it as Gurana. 3rd and last, if you like coffee and can drink it with no milk or sugar (To avoid an insulogenic response which acts as a counter balance to Adrenaline) then try an espresso or americano. It takes roughly 30-40 minutes to really get into the blood stream and kick in. Once it's kicked in, not only you will be stronger, but the adrenaline actually acts as a fat breaker, enabling you to burn more fat faster than before.
