Caffeine
Caffeine is perhaps one of the most famous workout supplements out there.
It's so efficient and I couldn't recommend it highly
enough. Caffeine does a few things for you: First of all, it boost Adrenaline (exactly what you need when you
work out to get blood to the working muscles). 2nd it can act as a mild pain killer and a neural
enhancer, enabling you to send stronger impulses to your muscles. 3rd,
there are some evidence that taking caffeine before working out helps out with post recovery. Caffeine should
be consumed as purely as possible. Best way is to buy a cheap box of 200mg caffeine pills. It's very cheap and
effective. A 2nd option is to take it as Gurana. 3rd and last, if you like coffee and can drink it with no milk
or sugar (To avoid an insulogenic response which acts as a counter balance to Adrenaline) then try an espresso
or americano. It takes roughly 30-40 minutes to really get into the
blood stream and kick in. Once it's kicked in, not only you will be stronger, but the adrenaline actually acts as a fat breaker,
enabling you to burn more fat faster than before.
