Interval Training
Interval Training is a form of cardio that has become quite popular and is favored by coaches world
wide. The reason is very simple, IT IS EFFECTIVE. The idea is working in various work to rest ratios at
different levels of intensity. For instance, you might want to walk for 1 minute and then jog for 1 minute. You
can work out different intervals for different purposes and they can be done with any form of cardio training.
It has been proven that intervals are better at creating an " oxygen debt" to
allow for more effective fat burning and with intervals you could easily improve both aerobic performance as
well as unaerobic performance.
