Spicey food raises the internal temperature in the body allowing for greater
calorie burning through heat release.
A good example
is Cayan Pepper although there are many other ingredients you can combine to make your food more
thermogenic in the body. In general, the thermogenic effect is relatively small and shouldn't be relied
on, but it can help you if you need a little extra.
Because you will sweat a lot more, you will need to make sure you drink
twice the amount of water you usually drink. This is key, don't wait until you are thirsty, by then you
are already dehydrated.
